Let’s take a look at one of our latest projects in Warrington, Cheshire. We were charged with developing an new slate roof installation in Warrington, using attractive Spanish slates.
The Client is thrilled with the 1st phase of works, where Youngs Roofing have, as always, delivered an affordable, friendly, professional service, despite some of the appalling weather with which they had to deal both before and during the build.
Quality is always the number one priority throughout all our projects, and our experienced tradesmen really showed their skill on this one.
We liaised closely with the other trades on the project to ensure the project ran smoothly, most of all giving our client real peace of mind.
We created a complete new slate roof installation across semi detached properties that were being completely refurbished and incorporating the following work:
– Spanish 24 x 12 slates throughout
– installation of breathable felt on treated 2 x 1 battens
– added non perishable 5U eave felt
– traditional lead work completed
– topped off with clay capped angle ridge
