Keate House Care Home

New build labour only roof completed  at Keate house Care Home in Lymm, Cheshire.

The work undertaken featured the following:

– sandtoft riveus tile in antique slate colour.
– breathable felt, treated 2 x 1 batten
– non perishable 5U eave felt
– grp wet fix valleys with 3:1 mortar pointing
– dry ridge system.
– dry verge system
– 6 heritage Velux window.

We’re looking forward to starting the next phase of works as they continue to develop their building.
