We were recently commissioned to complete a refurbished roof in Stockton Heath in Warrington for a customer.
Initially scaffolding was erected by our sister company Youngs scaffolding to allow the works to commence. We began by removing the original roof covering which had been rosemary tiles.
Once cleared we were able to re-felt and batten using treated beaten and breathable felt with non perishable 5U felt through the eave.
We supplied and fitted new Lagan flat tiles for a clean and modern look. We were then able to incorporate bonding gutter into the adjoining property, for a perfect joint. We then added a Klober dry ridge system to ensure a maintenance free roof for the future.
Delighted to say we had another very happy client with a roof that certainly adds both to the look and value of the property.
