We were tasked with a recent project in Stockton Heath, Warrington. This involved the following:
– Removing old roof covering, which was a Marley Ludlow plus.
– Re felt and batten using treated beaten and breathable felt with non perishable 5U felt through the eave.
– New tiles were a Marley major in Smooth Brown colour.
– A Klober dry ridge and verge system was used for a maintenance free roof.
– Replacement of old GRP roof with ‘Cure- It’ fibreglass roof system. Complete with 20 year guarantee.
– All scaffolding provided by Youngs Scaffolding Contractors.
