We recently got the job of replacing a roof on a semi-detached house in Warrington.
The roof had seen better days and was becoming difficult to maintain and so we worked around other trades who were refurbishing the rest of the house to ensure everything got done on time and budget.
The orignal tiled roof was in poor repair and covered in moss and debris, so we set to work to strip the complete roof, re-batten and insulate and then replace with a modern tile roof, which has transformed the property overnight.

The client is delighted with the transformation and can look forward to a trouble-free roof for many years to come and no doubt an increase in the value of the house.
